By visiting dayspool.com or submitting your email to the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The site and waitlist

Dayspool.com is a pre-release marketing site. It describes a product that is in development and not yet available. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to sell or license software.

By joining the waitlist you are expressing interest and giving us permission to contact you once with a release notification. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@wsbroundtable.com.

3. No warranties

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the product described will be released, that features will ship as described, or that the site will be available without interruption.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dayspool and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your reliance on any information presented here.

5. Intellectual property

The Dayspool name, logo, and all content on this site are owned by or licensed to Dayspool. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

6. Links and third parties

This site does not currently link to third-party services other than the email submission form. If that changes, we are not responsible for those third parties' content or practices.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
